RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and online communication
- Assist clients with vacation planning and travel-related inquiries
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages
- Coordinate reservations and itinerary details
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow up with clients before and after their trips to ensure satisfaction
- Stay informed on promotions, supplier offerings, and industry updates
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
