  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages
  • Coordinate reservations and itinerary details
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Follow up with clients before and after their trips to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay informed on promotions, supplier offerings, and industry updates
  • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
