Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous call center experience is required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must have reliable internet access
- Ability to remain professional and composed during difficult conversations
- Must be available to work 3 full days per week from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound and/or outbound customer service calls in a professional manner
- Assist consumers with account questions and provide accurate information
- Document all call details clearly and accurately in the system
- Follow company procedures, client guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional tone during all interactions
- Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate department when needed
- Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations
- Maintain a quiet, professional remote work environment during scheduled hours
