Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous call center experience is required
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must have reliable internet access
  • Ability to remain professional and composed during difficult conversations
  • Must be available to work 3 full days per week from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound and/or outbound customer service calls in a professional manner
  • Assist consumers with account questions and provide accurate information
  • Document all call details clearly and accurately in the system
  • Follow company procedures, client guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional tone during all interactions
  • Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate department when needed
  • Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations
  • Maintain a quiet, professional remote work environment during scheduled hours
