REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Dispatch or home service experience is a plus
- Strong phone, text, and written communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking and using scheduling software
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound calls and customer texts in a warm, professional way
- Schedule service appointments and gather important job details
- Dispatch technicians and help manage the daily schedule
- Keep customers updated on arrival times, delays, and schedule changes
- Communicate clearly with technicians and the office team
- Handle problems calmly and professionally
- Make outbound calls and texts to help schedule new jobs
- Enter accurate notes and job details into our system
- Help keep weekend operations organized and running smoothly
