  • Dispatch or home service experience is a plus
  • Strong phone, text, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and using scheduling software
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound calls and customer texts in a warm, professional way
  • Schedule service appointments and gather important job details
  • Dispatch technicians and help manage the daily schedule
  • Keep customers updated on arrival times, delays, and schedule changes
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and the office team
  • Handle problems calmly and professionally
  • Make outbound calls and texts to help schedule new jobs
  • Enter accurate notes and job details into our system
  • Help keep weekend operations organized and running smoothly
