Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or call center environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound cold calls.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and web-based applications.
  • Experience in trucking, transportation, tax services, or IRS filing is a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
  • Assist truck owners and businesses with the Form 2290 filing process.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with leads.
  • Educate customers on Send2290 services and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM system.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and assist with customer onboarding.
  • Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
