Remote Sales & Customer Service Representative
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound cold calls.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and web-based applications.
- Experience in trucking, transportation, tax services, or IRS filing is a plus but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Assist truck owners and businesses with the Form 2290 filing process.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with leads.
- Educate customers on Send2290 services and benefits.
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and assist with customer onboarding.
- Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
