Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Dubai or Qatar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to tasks.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Organized, self-driven, dependable, and results-oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle daily correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and official documents.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and appointments.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Assist with personal and administrative tasks as required.
- Support the organization and coordination of business events, meetings, and client interactions.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and prospective business contacts.
- Follow up on inquiries, meetings, and business opportunities to ensure timely communication and execution.
- Support senior management with business development activities, lead tracking, and client engagement initiatives.
- Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and meeting briefs when needed.
