REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of Enterprise Sales experience directly in the Payments or B2B tech industry.
  • Proven track record of high performance and the ability to self-source leads.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex structures.
  • Solid network of potential prospects and partners within the payments landscape.
  • Tech-savvy with a genuine passion for Fintech and Payments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a highly motivated approach to growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a consultative payments strategist to advise companies on optimal payment structures.
  • Identify, qualify, and close promising prospects to grow a healthy pipeline across various verticals.
  • Build prospect engagement strategies in partnership with marketing, business development, and product teams.
  • Pitch next-generation payment solutions and value-added services to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and proposals while implementing winning negotiation strategies.
  • Orchestrate the entire sales process, driving urgency and acting as the main point of contact for merchants and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts by understanding their specific industry pain points.
  • Provide feedback on local market trends, competitor insights, and customer needs.
