REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving the growth of our client’s market share and contact penetration within assigned top potential accounts through implementation of value adding services driving customer engagement including digital solutions, category growth events and sell-out activities
• Deliver trainings, coordinate educational events in collaboration with Professional Education team to enhance the skills of the Eye Care Professionals
• Provide high-level commercial consultancy, offering technical advice from internal/external experts and digital platform implementation expertise
• Work in tandem with Senior Business Development Manager by partnering consultatively with Account Lead/Decision Maker, ECPs and other Store Team members as needed to achieve mutually aligned goals aiming to deliver outstanding customer experience, drive patient engagement and improve retention for the practice, enabling increased Alcon market share, incremental sales and achieve sales targets
• Promote the introduction of our client’s digital platform and encourage new prescriptions/subscriptions, accelerating customer acquisition and consumer enrollment to subscription services
• Assist Eye Care Professionals to improve the consumer journey experience within the practice (contact lens awareness, practice efficiency opportunities around fitting, post fitting support, subscriptions programs through digital platform) to accelerate CL sales growth and market share gain
• Responsible for planning fitting events to effectively support patient journey and enhance consumer experience with our client’s strategic brands
• Maximize our client’s in-store visibility through point-of-sale materials and other visual merchandising initiatives
• Coordinate the educational curricula in collaboration with Professional Education team
• Collaborate locally with Senior Business Development Managers, Professional Education and Marketing to create and implement outstanding practice support model
