Freelance LinkedIn / Social Media Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years running social media or content for B2B financial services firms (private equity, private credit, hedge funds, asset managers) or law firms. This is a hard requirement. We will not teach you the industry.
- Strong writer who can match our voice: direct, substantive, no jargon, no hype.
- Analytic. Comfortable using engagement data to adjust strategy rather than relying on instinct.
- Self-directed. You will run this function with light oversight.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft and schedule 6–10 LinkedIn posts per month for the company page
- Source images and produce light graphics (Canva-level, not full design)
- Coordinate with our team to surface news worth posting
- Pitch content opportunities we would otherwise miss (industry news commentary, recurring series, conference coverage)
- Track engagement and deliver a brief monthly report on what worked, what did not, and what to adjust
- Occasionally support principals’ personal LinkedIn presence if requested
