Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years managing social media for a business or practice (healthcare or wellness experience a plus)
- Strong writing skills with a warm, professional voice
- Comfort with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
- Self-directed and reliable — can work independently without daily check-ins
- Genuine interest in mental health, wellness, and integrative care
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow our Facebook and Instagram accounts for both locations
- Plan and create content (posts, stories, reels) that reflects our integrative, compassionate approach
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
- Engage with our community — respond to comments and messages professionally and warmly
- Support occasional email marketing, blog content, or local outreach as needed
- Track basic engagement metrics and report monthly
