REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Reliable and consistent with daily follow-up
  • Comfortable making calls and sending texts
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in customer service, appointment setting, education, or sales is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up with new and existing leads daily
  • Make brief phone calls and send text messages
  • Schedule parents for Student Success Calls
  • Track lead status and notes accurately
  • Communicate with warmth, professionalism, and care
  • Provide simple updates on outreach progress
