Customer Service Dispatcher
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Someone reliable who shows up and gets it done
- Good communication skills—straightforward and professional
- Organized and able to juggle multiple jobs at once
- Comfortable working on your own from home
- Dispatching, admin, or customer service experience is a plus
- HVAC or electrical background is a bonus, but not required
- Experience with Housecall Pro (or similar) helps, but we can train the right person
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering calls, texts, and emails from customers, tenants, and property managers
- Scheduling jobs and dispatching techs using Housecall Pro
- Keeping communication clear between the field and the customer
- Setting up jobs, updating notes, and keeping the schedule organized
- Putting together estimates and sending invoices
- Following up on approvals, completed work, and payments
- Making sure nothing falls through the cracks
