REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across different age groups and educational levels
• Must have Lindamood-Bell training and expereince
• Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to individual needs
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and working with children or adult learners
• Experience with learning technology tools that facilitate remote or hybrid instruction
• Knowledge of special education practices and accommodations is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with students of diverse backgrounds
• Prior preschool or early childhood education experience is desirable for working with young learners

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop customized lesson plans aligned with students’ goals, curriculum standards, and learning styles
• Utilize innovative learning technologies to enhance engagement and understanding
• Deliver effective tutoring sessions across various subjects, including core academics and specialized areas such as special education or early childhood education
• Manage classroom dynamics to promote positive behavior and a productive learning environment
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Support students in developing study skills, confidence, and independence
• Communicate clearly with students and parents about progress, challenges, and next steps
