Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in a remote sales or revenue-generating customer facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and payment processing tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive customer engagement from a daily list of leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and track abandoned shopping carts to identify recovery opportunities.
- Proactively engage customers via phone, email, or SMS to encourage purchase completion.
- Address concerns and provide solutions to overcome purchase obstacles.
- Follow up on declined payment transactions.
- Assist customers in resolving payment issues and exploring alternative methods.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers experiencing payment difficulties.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product catalog, including ingredients, benefits, and promotions.
- Educate customers on product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
- Provide exceptional support via email, SMS, and phone to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and company policies with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain brand voice and build strong customer relationships.
