Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in a remote sales or revenue-generating customer facing roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and payment processing tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive customer engagement from a daily list of leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and track abandoned shopping carts to identify recovery opportunities.
  • Proactively engage customers via phone, email, or SMS to encourage purchase completion.
  • Address concerns and provide solutions to overcome purchase obstacles.
  • Follow up on declined payment transactions.
  • Assist customers in resolving payment issues and exploring alternative methods.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers experiencing payment difficulties.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product catalog, including ingredients, benefits, and promotions.
  • Educate customers on product recommendations tailored to their needs.
  • Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Provide exceptional support via email, SMS, and phone to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Handle inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and company policies with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain brand voice and build strong customer relationships.
