Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Community, or the Crypto/P2P ecosystem
• Strong understanding of Pakistan’s P2P, payments, or digital trading environment
• Existing connections within the local merchant, trader, or crypto communities
• Ability to work independently with strong outreach and relationship management skills
• Fluency in both English and Urdu

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with P2P exchanges or fintech platforms
• Experience organizing or supporting offline and online community events
• Active participation in local crypto or trader groups

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Onboard and activate General and Verified Advertisers in the PKR market
• Support merchants with ad posting and initial platform activation
• Drive market development through offline meetups, community sessions, and university outreach
• Assist in driving awareness via local KOLs and trader communities
• Support the execution of P2P School initiatives, including workshops and online education
• Grow liquidity by attracting high-quality advertisers from competitor platforms
• Maintain daily tracking documents and participate in weekly performance calls
