Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience with CRM management and sales administration
  • Strong customer service skills aligned with a luxury brand experience
  • Proficiency in Canva and Outlook
  • Experience with QuickBooks and eSignly
  • Familiarity with Shopify
  • High level of English proficiency

Preferred

  • Experience using Stageforce
  • Ability to pull reports and perform basic data handling
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude
  • Experience with basic invoicing and landing page setup

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Capture, organize, and categorize inbound leads within the CRM to ensure no opportunities are lost
  • Respond to new leads promptly to maintain engagement in a fast-paced real estate environment
  • Qualify and filter leads to ensure high-quality prospects are prioritized
  • Create soft proposals using Canva templates and manage follow-up communications
  • Track accepted proposals and support the transition from signing to payment
  • Handle contract renewal outreach and manage extension invoices or destaging pickups
  • Support basic invoicing and administrative follow-up for signed projects
  • Assist with light landing page or Shopify setup for future product lines as needed
