Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Administrative Skills:
- Organization and effective time management
- Attention to detail in documentation and data management
- Ability to handle confidential information
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good rapport with employees and supervisors
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience with HR systems (such as BambooHR, Workday, and SAP) is a plus
Interpersonal Skills:
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Teamwork and willingness to collaborate
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the recruitment process (posting vacancies, coordinating interviews)
- Maintain and update employee files and records
- Support with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare and organize documentation (contracts, internal policies, forms)
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and requests
- Support HR administrative tasks as needed
