Virtual Assistant – Appointment Setter
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales with a focus on appointment setting or lead generation
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales environments is a plus
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining enthusiasm and persistence
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward business development efforts
Preferred
- Experience with cold calling or appointment setting
- Experience using Google Sheets or CRM systems
- Background in sales or customer service
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to establish rapport and generate interest in our services or products
- Engage in professional conversations to qualify leads based on specific criteria and determine their needs
- Effectively negotiate appointment times that align with both the client’s schedule and the sales team’s availability
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools to log call details, update lead information, and track appointment schedules
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and scheduled appointments for follow-up
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing questions professionally and providing clear information about our offerings
- Support marketing initiatives by reaching out to targeted audiences through outbound calling campaigns
