Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Word; comfort working with data files and spreadsheets
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, especially when coordinating across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines
  • A customer-first mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving and innovation.*
  • Prior experience in a data entry, operations, or administrative support role is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and manage the timely ingestion of client data files across carrier networks*
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve missing or incomplete data with a sense of urgency*
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate closely with the client-facing teams to communicate issues and drive resolution
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and accelerate issue resolution
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
