Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with company software (onsite training provided) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- IT Experience: including but not limited to iPad, iPhone set up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative Operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation systems
- Maintaining Compliance Portals and Portal Accounts
- Assistance with acquiring needed Certificates of Insurance (COI’s) when requested
- Assist with onboarding inspection team, including:
- IT Setup for Inspectors
- Ordering PPE / Business Attire / Business cards etc.
- Introductions to CAC’s and regional teams
- Updating Gains and Losses Regional spreadsheet
- Compliance & Documentation
- Support audits and compliance verification processes when needed
- Financial Management
- Process Business Licenses and State Licenses
- Submit departmental expenses for processing
- Process Invoices for Sub-Contractors
- Remote Notary a plus but not required
