Dispatch Support Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of professional dispatching experience (preferably in home trades like HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical).
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with ServiceTitan is a significant plus.
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to manage high-demand peak seasons.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and dispatch service calls based on urgency and technician specialty.
- Maintain constant communication with field technicians, service managers, and customers to provide status updates.
- Strategically plan the following day’s schedule with field supervisors to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technicians and vendors for complex or multi-stage jobs.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and provide backup support for incoming service calls.
- Utilize internal software (ServiceTitan) and Microsoft Office to track revenue goals and technician progress.
