REQUIREMENTS
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
- Excellence computer skills a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Minimum two years of administrative support to management-level personnel
- Bilingual is an asset, English and Spanish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review HOA approval requirements,
- Requests by phone/email/mail.
- Coordinate client project documents, HOA required documents and other items for approval.
- Submit packets. Track submittals and and follow up with HOA’s and property managers as needed to gain approvals.
- Update HOA approval status to clients in timely manner.
