REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
  • Excellence computer skills a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience
  • Minimum two years of administrative support to management-level personnel
  • Bilingual is an asset, English and Spanish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review HOA approval requirements,
  • Requests by phone/email/mail.
  • Coordinate client project documents, HOA required documents and other items for approval.
  • Submit packets. Track submittals and and follow up with HOA’s and property managers as needed to gain approvals.
  • Update HOA approval status to clients in timely manner.
