REQUIREMENTS
- Incredible attention to detail and high level of personal responsibility.
- Comfort with multiple technology platforms and willingness to learn new systems.
- Previous customer service and/or veterinary experience preferred but not required.
- Compassionate, grounded demeanor with a strong sense of integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle client calls with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email throughout their care journey
- Schedule appointments and coordinate timing with families and veterinary teams
- Assist families with purchasing memorial items, both by phone and in-center
- Enter and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with veterinarians and other care team members
- Manage appointment scheduling and logistics
- Medical record setup in our practice management software
- Handle documentation and follow-up communications
