REQUIREMENTS

  • Incredible attention to detail and high level of personal responsibility.
  • Comfort with multiple technology platforms and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Previous customer service and/or veterinary experience preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate, grounded demeanor with a strong sense of integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle client calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email throughout their care journey
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate timing with families and veterinary teams
  • Assist families with purchasing memorial items, both by phone and in-center
  • Enter and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and other care team members
  • Manage appointment scheduling and logistics
  • Medical record setup in our practice management software
  • Handle documentation and follow-up communications
