REQUIREMENTS
- Proven supervising experience in a retail or supermarket environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to operate POS systems and manage inventory software.
- Knowledge of planogram implementation is preferred.
- Retail or supermarket experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.’
RESPONSIBILITIES
‘ Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist with organizing stockrooms and shelves according to planograms.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support store management in implementing merchandising strategies.
- Maintain organized and clean stock areas.
- Collaborate with team members to improve inventory procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product location inquiries.
- Use POS systems for inventory updates and transactions.’
