Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, scheduling, workforce coordination, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple moving pieces at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to follow up and enforce expectations
  • Experience with timekeeping systems (Paychex or similar) is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor daily time and attendance to ensure team members are clocked in as scheduled
  • Track adherence to assigned schedules and flag any gaps or inconsistencies
  • Ensure all shifts and tasks are properly staffed and covered, including weekends as needed
  • Communicate with HR and team leads regarding attendance, coverage gaps, and scheduling issues
  • Follow up on missed punches, schedule changes, and attendance discrepancies
  • Maintain and update workforce tracking tools, schedules, and assignment charts
  • Ensure all team members are accounted for during scheduled working hours
  • Identify trends or recurring issues and escalate as needed
  • Support leadership with real-time updates on coverage, attendance, and workforce activity
