REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the same field
• SSLC or equivalent qualification
• ITI / NCVT certification preferred
• Minimum 3G welding qualification required
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit for manual work

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join metal parts
• Carry out Arc welding for steel structure fabrication works at factory/site
• Inspect welded surfaces for defects and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all welding activities
• Work closely with fabricators, welders, and site engineers for project execution
• Participate in project planning and fabrication strategies
