REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in watch repair, watchmaking or related horological work
• Strong understanding of mechanical and quartz watch movements
• Excellent attention to detail, precision and manual dexterity
• Ability to use specialized watchmaking tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Customer service–oriented with clear communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect and diagnose mechanical, quartz, and automatic watches to determine appropriate repair solutions
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and overhaul of watch movements and components
• Provide accurate repair assessments, timelines, and cost estimates based on diagnostic findings
• Replace batteries, crystals, gaskets, crowns, stems, seals, and straps as required
• Test timepieces for accuracy, water resistance, and overall functionality, making precise adjustments as needed
• Maintain organized and detailed service records for all completed repairs and maintenance activities
• Stay informed on current industry trends, emerging technologies, and manufacturer standards
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair needs, care instructions, and service options
• Uphold quality control standards to ensure all completed work meets professional and brand specifications
