Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a Warranty Administrator or Warranty-related role
- Strong knowledge of automotive warranty policies and procedures
- Experience with dealer management systems and SAP
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
RESPONSIBILITES
- Review, adjudicate, and authorize warranty repairs and warranty claims submitted by Toyota and Lexus service centers
- Ensure warranty submissions meet manufacturer requirements to maximize recoveries and minimize claim rejections
- Monitor warranty claim quality, accuracy, and processing timelines
- Conduct warranty audits and coaching visits across the dealer network to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Develop and monitor action plans to address areas of non-compliance and improve overall warranty performance
- Support the launch and monitoring of Safety Recall Campaigns, Special Service Campaigns, and Customer Satisfaction Campaigns
- Coordinate parts recovery activities and maintain communication with manufacturers regarding returned parts
- Maintain warranty performance dashboards and provide regular KPI reporting
- Collaborate with technical teams and aftersales stakeholders to identify quality concerns and process improvement opportunities
