REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Server in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and service-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Preferred Nationality: Filipino, Syrian, Lebanese, Jordanian Indian , Nepal
• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Welcome guests and provide professional and friendly service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained.
• Provide menu recommendations and respond to guest queries.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Follow all restaurant service and food safety procedures.
• Assist the team during busy service periods.
