WA Sales Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
- Experience with relationship management and client retention strategies.
- Knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) and power filtration products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and general IT skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while achieving sales objectives.
- An understanding of or experience in the Australian electrical/power industry is a benefit.
- Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales growth and identify business opportunities in Western Australia.
- Develop and manage effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Nurture customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Generate leads and represent our client at industry events as required.
