Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid foundation in brand communication.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with a preference for candidates from retail or fashion industries.
- Proven track record of creating impactful in-store displays that drive customer traffic and sales performance.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual concepts and presentations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement visually compelling merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s identity and drive sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual presentation and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive promotional displays that enhance customer engagement during seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously refine visual merchandising approaches for optimal product placement.
