Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Video Shooter, Camera Operator, Video Editor, and Content Creator.
- Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with professional camera setups, lighting, and audio equipment, with a track record of shooting in 4K and HD/1080p.
- Software Expertise: Mastery of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
- Language Skills: Advanced/Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for writing high-quality copy and collaborating with global teams.
- Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation: Produce engaging, informative, and regulatory-compliant video content tailored for various digital platforms (websites, vlogs, YouTube, social media, and email campaigns).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure medical/technical accuracy, and collaborate with the Marketing Team to align video content with seasonal promotions, eCommerce campaigns, and product launches.
- Full-Scale Video Production: Set up and manage on-site or remote shoots. Maintain, organize, and manage all studio video production equipment.
- Cinematography: Expertly operate cameras, managing lighting, audio, and framing to shoot high-quality footage in 4K, HD, and 1080p formats.
- Post-Production Mastery: Handle all aspects of editing, including cutting, color grading, sound mixing/design, and adding motion graphics or animations.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze video engagement and performance metrics across eCommerce and social media platforms, using insights to continuously refine future content strategies.
