REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience editing short-form ads that drove revenue (not just engagement)
  • Strong understanding of ad structures on Meta & other high-converting channels.
  • Ability to think in hooks, angles, and customer psychology
  • Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional editing software)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable working with AI tools for content generation

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ⁠ Develop and execute ad creative concepts based on performance insights and briefs
  • Generate AI-based video content using tools such as Hailou, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Higgsfield, or similar
  • ⁠Edit and optimize videos for performance marketing (UGC-style, hooks, fast pacing, etc.)
  • ⁠Plan and execute 50+ video concepts per week from idea to final output, focusing on strong hooks, angles, and clear messaging over heavy effects
  • ⁠Adapt creatives for different platforms (Meta, TikTok, advertorials, landing pages)
  • Create multiple variations of winning creatives (hooks, captions, cuts, formats)
  • Manage bulk exporting, naming conventions, and asset organization
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to iterate based on performance metrics and engagement signals
  • Apply understanding of customer psychology to improve hooks, angles, and overall creative performance
