Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated expertise in Planned Giving and Philanthropy, with a track record of cultivating and stewarding diverse donors.
• Proficiency in Annual Giving program design and execution, including campaigns, appeals, and donor retention strategies.
• Strong Budgeting skills and experience aligning development plans with financial objectives and resource allocation.
• Proven Project Management abilities, including leading cross-functional initiatives, setting timelines, and delivering results.
• Extensive experience in development or fundraising leadership, ideally in digital finance, fintech, or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to lead remote teams, foster collaboration, and promote an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, finance, communications, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification in fundraising or development is an asset.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Oversees the planning and execution of comprehensive giving programs, including strategic campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
• Manages development staff, sets measurable goals, and aligns fundraising strategies with organizational priorities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with donors and partners, analyzing development performance metrics, preparing reports for senior leadership, and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Collaborating with finance and operations on budgeting for development initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and ethical standards.
