Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance (preferred).
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in accounts, bookkeeping, vendor or supplier relations.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written & spoken).
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (Quickbooks).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to work night shift (UAE time zone) to align with Los Angeles operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain updated subcontractor documentation and compliance files
  • Keep records of issued uniforms to subcontractors
  • Update and maintain records for new sub sites
  • Provide updated site information to Account Managers
  • Communicate with vendors within California and out-of-state
  • Coordinate procurement requests
  • Coordinate with Account Managers regarding reports and operational updates
  • Assist in resolving client complaints and service issues
  • Ensure subcontractor performance meets company standards and client expectations
