• UX Writing & Content Design
• Urdu (Mandatory)
• Expert English Proficiency
• Localization & Content Strategy
• Digital Product Writing
• Agile & UX Processes
• Human-Centered Design (HCD)

Preferred Skills:

• Hindi Language Proficiency
• Banking / Fintech Experience
• CMS, SEO & Basic HTML Knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging UX content for digital banking products and services.
• Develop microcopy, onboarding flows, help content, notifications, and error messages.
• Ensure consistency in terminology, tone, and user experience.
• Support localization reviews and translation validation activities.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
