REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, easy to understand on the phone (this is the most important requirement)
• Strong listener who picks up details quickly
• Great multitasker who can juggle calls, messages, and tracking at once
• Fast, responsive, and reliable — always reachable during your shift and not only
• Customer-service mindset; stays professional and friendly under pressure
• Able to work long hours and perform well in a high-stress environment
• Comfortable working US business hours (4pm-2am Dubai time)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Book and coordinate freight loads for US trucking companies
• Make and take a high volume of phone calls with US brokers and drivers
• Negotiate rates and build strong relationships with brokers
• Track shipments and keep customers updated in real time
• Handle problems quickly and calmly as they come up
• Keep accurate records of loads, calls, and communications
