Travel Customer Service Representative
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous customer service experience (travel industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and social media platforms
- Passion for travel and helping others
Preferred :
- Experience with travel booking platforms (e.g., Expedia, Amadeus, etc.)
- Sales or upselling experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment,
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, packages, excursions)
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions with a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate client records and booking details
- Provide recommendations and travel advice tailored to client needs
- Follow up with clients before and after trips to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service,
