Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, or sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including email, scheduling tools, and internet research
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with planning vacations, business travel, cruises, and group trips
- Coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, resorts, transportation, and activities
- Provide travel recommendations based on client needs and budget
- Confirm booking details and communicate itinerary information
- Respond to client questions in a timely and professional manner
- Keep accurate records of bookings and client requests
- Monitor travel updates and changes as needed
