REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including email, scheduling tools, and internet research
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and home workspace

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist clients with planning vacations, business travel, cruises, and group trips
  • Coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, resorts, transportation, and activities
  • Provide travel recommendations based on client needs and budget
  • Confirm booking details and communicate itinerary information
  • Respond to client questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Keep accurate records of bookings and client requests
  • Monitor travel updates and changes as needed
