REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist clients in planning and booking comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation options
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and best practices to ensure smooth and enjoyable trips
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, needs, and budgets to tailor personalized travel solutions
  • Manage reservations efficiently while ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications
  • Stay updated on the latest travel trends, hotel offerings, airline policies, and destination information to offer current recommendations
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint
  • Collaborate with hotel partners and service providers to secure the best rates and amenities for clients
