Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles within the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of popular destinations, hotel operations, and hospitality standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate options clearly.
- Proficiency in travel planning software and booking platforms; familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for travel coupled with a positive attitude and energetic approach to client engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences to create customized itineraries.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, activities, and travel documentation requirements.
- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services using industry-leading booking systems.
- Offer ongoing support before, during, and after trips to resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, hotel offerings, and hospitality services to provide up-to-date recommendations.
- Assist clients in navigating visa processes, travel insurance options, and health & safety protocols.
- Promote additional services such as travel insurance sales or premium packages to enhance client experiences.
