REQUIREMENTS

• Strong interest in financial markets and trading
• Solid understanding of risk management principles
• Analytical mindset and structured decision-making
• Discipline, consistency, and emotional control
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Knowledge of stocks, macro, forex, or crypto markets
• Programming skills (Python/C++ or similar) for Quant roles
• Proven trading track record for senior positions
• Experience with technical analysis and performance tracking

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research across equities, macro, forex, or crypto
• Develop and execute trade ideas with defined entry, target, and risk levels
• Monitor economic releases, earnings, and market themes
• Manage risk allocations and position sizing
• Track performance and maintain detailed trading documentation
• Build, test, or optimise algorithmic strategies (Quant roles)
• Lead strategy and mentor junior traders (Senior roles)
