REQUIREMENTS

• Recent graduate or final-year student
• Ambitious and highly motivated to succeed in a competitive environment
• Strong information research and analytical skills
• Proven critical thinking and independent decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Dubai

Preferred

• Strong background in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Interest or academic background in economics and finance

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in a six-month intensive internship program focused on trading and investment research
• Receive hands-on training from industry experts in global financial markets
• Analyze market data to support decision-making processes
• Assist in the development and testing of effective trading strategies
• Conduct deep research to structure information for trading purposes
