Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Experience

  • Two (2) years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Work order management experience, preferred.
  • No Supervisory Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide installation status updates.
  • Track technician capacity on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with Tech Supervisors, Managers, and Directors.
  • Complete technician profiles, optimize their schedules and coverage areas to ensure efficient operations.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform general clerical work such as filing, copying, mailing, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
