Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in Forex, Stock Market, Trading, CFDs, Brokerage, FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
• UAE/Dubai sales experience is an advantage.
• English is required.
• Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Generate, contact, and follow up with leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present company products and trading-platform services.
• Convert qualified leads into clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
