REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Confidence in handling customer calls professionally
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM software
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Connect with potential customers B2B and B2C through phone calls and digital platforms
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable rental solutions
- Manage leads and update customer interactions using CRM and Excel tools
- Maintain regular workflows
- Invoicing, collection and delivery are also the core competency’s which are required
- Follow-ups and achieve performance targets
