Chat and Tele Sales Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to online chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and answer any questions or concerns that customers may have.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales activities, customer service standards, and data security.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales and communication skills.
