Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into appointments.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience is an advantage.
• Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make 200–250 outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients.
• Introduce real estate investment opportunities to potential customers.
• Generate and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads to maximize meeting confirmations.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting targets.
