REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
• Positive attitude and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation.
• Strong persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations and inquiries.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Support marketing campaigns by contacting targeted client lists.
• Maintain and update CRM records and customer databases.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
