Tele Caller – Real Estate

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive (real estate experience preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (Other languages is a plus)
• Confidence in handling phone conversations and client objections
• Basic knowledge of real estate in Dubai is an advantage
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work from office

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided databases
• Introduce and promote residential and commercial real estate projects
• Understand client requirements and schedule appointments for sales consultants
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client feedback
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets
• Follow up with interested clients to nurture leads
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
