REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in solid waste management or environmental consultancy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness and ability to travel for on-site client visits and project needs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Initial experience with hazardous waste management.
• Experience supporting consultancy projects, technical studies, or assessments.
• Proficiency in data analysis and project coordination tools.
• Multilingual skills (e.g., German, Arabic, French, Spanish, or Portuguese).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to technical analyses related to solid and hazardous waste management.
• Support the preparation of technical concepts, assessments, and recommendations under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Research and apply relevant waste management regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of consultancy projects, including tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and on-site facility visits as required.
• Draft high-quality technical reports, presentations, and documentation in line with international standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across technical, financial, and policy disciplines.
